Return/Refund Policy

MotoWaiter will exchange or return all items, within 60 days of purchase, as long as they have NOT been worn and tags are still attached. If you are returning an item the full amount minus the cost of the original shipping will be refunded, even if you were not originally charged shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in sending the product back to MotoWaiter, unless the product was damaged upon arrival or a mistake on MotoWaiter's part. Shipping costs will NOT be paid by MotoWaiter when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret. If you are doing an exchange we will need to contact you for payment to re-ship the product to you once we have received the original product.
